CallCeleb ("we", "our", or "us") operates the CallCeleb voice AI service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

When you use CallCeleb, we may process the following:

Voice audio — microphone input you provide during a call, processed in real time to generate responses. Audio is not stored after the session ends.
Conversation text — transcriptions of your speech and AI-generated responses, stored locally in your browser (localStorage) only. We do not store conversation transcripts on our servers.
IP address — collected automatically by our servers for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
Browser data — standard web server logs (user agent, request timestamps) retained for up to 30 days.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the CallCeleb voice AI service
To detect and prevent abuse, spam, and unauthorized access
To monitor and improve service performance

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your voice or conversations for advertising targeting.

3. AI-Generated Content

All voices and responses are generated by artificial intelligence. The celebrity personas are fictional AI simulations and do not represent the real individuals. Conversations are not shared with or endorsed by the real people being simulated.

4. Third-Party Services

CallCeleb uses the following third-party infrastructure:

reg.ru — cloud hosting provider. Voice processing occurs on their servers in Russia.
Cloudflare — network security and traffic routing.

We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

5. Data Retention

Voice audio: processed in real time, never stored
Conversation history: stored in your browser only, never on our servers. You can delete it at any time from the app.
Server logs: retained for up to 30 days, then deleted

6. Children's Privacy

CallCeleb is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used our service, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since we do not store conversation data on our servers, most data under your control is already in your browser's localStorage, which you can clear at any time.
